What are your business hours?Since we are currently operating on a part-time basis, our hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7pm-10pm Saturday & Sunday: 9am-3pm However, we're available via text and email throughout the day, so you’ll always have a way to reach us. Calls and services are scheduled for evenings and weekends to ensure we can give you our full attention. This allows us to provide personalized, dedicated support without interruptions—on a schedule that works for both of us!

What is your process for onboarding new clients?Our onboarding process begins with an initial consultation to understand your business’s HR needs. Afterward, we’ll generate your HR solutions and send over a quote. Once approve, we'll plan and implement our solutions in stages to ensure smooth integration with your current processes.

Do you offer benefits administration, and do we need a broker for our benefits?While we provide comprehensive HR services, we do not act as a benefits broker. Your company will need to provide its own broker for benefits administration. However, we can assist with administering benefits internally and guiding you through processes to ensure your employees receive the support they need.

Do you offer payroll services?Yes! We offer payroll management services to ensure your employees are paid on time, in compliance with state and federal laws, and with all applicable taxes properly deducted.

Our team stays up-to-date with current HR laws and can help implement policies to keep your business compliant.

Can you help with employee training and development?Yes and no. We are still fleshing out our training and development solutions, but for the time being we can help you find services to meet your needs.
